Website Access

CSAFE has developed a comprehensive web site to meet the growing needs of Colorado governments. Participants can securely enter transaction requests, access account balances, statements and transaction history. The CSAFE website is secured with a VeriSign 128 bit SSL certificate.

Multiple Accounts

To help with the funding of government projects and services, we have the ability to setup multiple accounts for a single entity (construction projects, reserve funds, or other special projects). Please let us know how we can make your job easier.

Tax Revenue Distributions

Earn interest immediately on your revenue distributions by setting up a CSAFE account to automatically receive the monthly revenue distributions from the state or your county for HUTF payments, state equalization payments or property tax receipts.

Deposits

CSAFE deposits (purchases) can be initiated on the CSAFE website after logging into the Account Access area. However, any wires received, with or without notice on the CSAFE website will be credited to the participant account on the day received. Please provide your local depository with CSAFE"s wiring or ACH instructions every time you are sending a deposit to CSAFE. Participant wires received at any time of the day, up to the Fed wire deadline, will receive full day credit. Checks will be credited to Participant accounts on the date it clears with US Bank.

Withdrawals

CSAFE withdrawals (redemptions) can be initiated on the CSAFE website after logging into the Account Access area. CSAFE maintains predetermined wire instructions for each client in two forms: 1) standard and 2) alternate. For protection of the Participants, funds may be wired only to the bank accounts designated by these predetermined instructions. ACH transactions are executed on a best efforts basis. Typically, ACH transactions will be remitted 1 day after the request. The CSAFE website will guide Participants through this process.

The CSAFE website incorporates the ability to select both types of predetermined wire instructions (standard or alternate). Same day wires (next day for ACH) must be requested by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time.

Withdrawals (Redemptions)

Wires: Wire requests for same day delivery must be received by CSAFE by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time.

ACH: ACH requests for next day delivery must be received by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time.

(24 hour notice) after W/D ACH

Deposits (Purchases)

Funds can be sent via wire or ACH at any time of day. Participants will receive full day credit on the day received regardless of the time of receipt.

Internal Transfers

Transfers between Participant accounts will be credited immediately upon receiving instructions from the Participant or at the time of execution on the CSAFE website.
